Microsoft date and time picker issue excel 2010

Hello,

I am using excel 2010. I have downloaded and installed a date and time picker. I have inserted it into my sheet and it works fine. However when I close the file and open it again it showsd a duplicate in the upper left corner of the sheet. One button will work and show the drop down calender the other will not function. Can anyone show me how to remove this duplicate?
