GetObject doesn't recognize file name

I have searched extensively for issues regarding this error and I just can't find anything that resolves the issue.

I am trying to open a file for a simulation (non-Microsoft software; it's a .hsc file extension) by looking the file path that is typed into the active spreadsheet (in cell I4). Here is the code I'm using:

When I run the code, I get the run-time error 432 "File name or class name not found during Automation operation." I suspect it's some option I don't have turned on as this code works perfectly on another co-worker's computer. Any suggestions? Also, the code works or at least continues on if I already have the file open.
