Dependent Combo Box VBA

Hello Excel Pros and Masters,

I am creating a form for my company designed for taking orders. I am looking for some advice on how to make one combo box dependent on another. Such as a main category than a sub category. In this case I need to select the product type then the product and then also link the item number to it =x. I attached the document so you can understand what I mean. Any advice would be awesome. the database is on sheet 2.

Thank you very much =D. The only issue is that when I attempt to launch the userform I receive run-time error 438 and I can't seem to diagnosis the problem. Any idea as to why it would be doing this? Thanks again =D

I found the problem Mike =P. It was the name of the userform. I will let you know how I make out. Thank you!!!!
