Copying data from one sheet to another based on cell color

I have a five sheet workbook which is going to be a schedule for a rotating work schedule. What I am trying to do is copy the information from the master sheet ; which is only only to be updated, to the breakout sheets based on the color of the cell only so each shift can print schedule of just their team if they want. Any help would be appreciated.
