    CONCATENATE decimal seperator problem

    Hi All,
    I have below formul, I can not see zeros after comma. Could you please help me how can i update this formul. Thank you in advance.

    =CONCATENATE("(Vat Amount:";D1;"-EUR)")


    Formul Result:
    (Vat Amount:10-EUR) , it should be 10,00

    (Vat Amount:10,1-EUR) , it should be 10,10

    you can format D1 with textfunction: TEXT(D1;"#00,00")
    So the formula would be: =CONCATENATE("(Vat Amount:";TEXT(D1;"#00,00");"-EUR)")
    I'm using a dutch version of excel so i'm not entirely sure of the function's name in the english version, but it will be translated if you open the attached sample.
