Exclamation Pull data from the latest file in a folder

I really need help with this. I have to export data to excel sheets every week and save those in a folder for historical records. Then I need to pull information out of the latest one and into a template that will build charts and graphs for me based on the information. Due to the nature of my work, I can't put the real file paths or specific information in here, so I put generic ones that I can just change. I thought the below code would work, but it doesn't seem to pull anything. Can someone, possibly, tell me what is wrong with it?
