Copy selected rows to another worksheet

Hi

I have a spreadsheet with various customer details, and Column Q has a date (variable) when a certain letter was sent out.

I need to copy only the rows where this letter was sent to a separate worksheet.

I have limited knowledge of Macro's, but have written some very simple ones myself.

Can anyone help?
