E-mail macro is missing 2 sometimes three e-mails on the end of the sheet

Hi,

I'm using the macro below to send e-mails based on Date<= Now, the only problem I'm having is that on some sheets it will miss that last set of e-mails. I've tried inputting a timer to see if I was overloading outlook but no joy. It always seems to be the last 2 or three e-mails (they are represented on the sheet as initials using an array).

Here is a sample sheet. it is missing off the last 2 e-mails which need to be sent and I cannot for the life of me see why
