Unable to import data to userform to edit. Also, autonumber(not formula).

After tweaking these two userforms and eliminating all unneccessary portions of code and userform, I've got a concise example of what I'm working with. The issues I'm having are with getting the data back into my userform for editing and creating an autonumber within the userform. The reason I can't use the formula version is because data will need to be sorted and the autonumber formula disregards sorting of any kind.

As always, any help is greatly appreciated. At this point, any feedback on making the already existing code more efficient is also extremely welcomed!

Maybe some code will entice people. Here's a bit of code I'm having issues with.

The purpose is to use the IDTag Combobox to repopulate the rest of the form for editing. The most important thing I'm missing is the code to search the rows based on the value selected in the combobox. I believe this code was in place at some point but it has been completely lost to me now.

Any ideas?

I also wanted to mention that editing the information should create a new ID for the update, not directly edit the existing info.
