How to separate out groups of cells based on conditional formatting AND account #?

I have a set of data with conditional formatting on certain cells. The data is grouped by account number, but there are multiple lines of data for each account. I need to delete all data for any accounts that don't have any cells highlighted with conditional formatting. I need to keep all data for all accounts that have any cells highlighted, including the data that is not highlighted. I could do this manually, but I have around 400,000 lines of data. Is there a way to do this in macros or some other way to do it automatically?

    Thank you for your help!
