    Unhappy Macro that copies sheet.

When prompted by the user if they want to start a new year(file). If the response is yes the code does not work correctly. I am new at VBA also and sure do appreciate all you folks knowledge. Included is the code I am having trouble with when the response is yes.

So, I have stepped through this code and when it get to the yes response it will skip down to the end if. I must be missing something. Included is the code not working. Does the other file need to be closed down before proceeding?

Okay, I have copied the portion of the code from the If Response is = vbYes and it works barring a few other modifications. Why would it not in the if then statement that it is in. Is it structured wrong or what?

I understand programing and know that the smallest detail missed can affect things adversely.

    Thanks for any assistance
