    Question comment box auto opening after changing the value of a cell

    This is what I am looking for:
    If any of the cell range of M4:M58 if = "Y" then
    the range of B4:M58 the cell in that same row = "PRIVATE"
    then auto open that comment box so the user knows to enter a name.

    File is attached if you need to look at it.
