How to create a macro for udf to display in particular cell-colum

Dear Sirs,

Please find attache excel file name udf.

This excel is pertaining to determine each and every employee to get the status of retirement.
I just not want to know if this code can be extended for displaying answers in particular cells/column.

ie i need use udf in the excel. Instead of the macro shall populate the answers by the choosing the specified to colum ref.(colum k)
