    E-mail sending code issues

    Hi, guys,

I have managed to create the attached Excel stock control database - and now I'm struggling to figure out the code for sending e-mails to a certain address whenever stocks go below a previously set limit.

What I want is to have the following:

    1. If the stock value is not numeric - have that written in column F. That seems to work so far.
    2. Whenever the stock changes - have the macro check it. I think that also works.
    3. If the stock drops below the set limit - send an e-mail to an interested party; also -mark column F as "Sent". Next time it checks the stocks - if F is Sent - then skip that position and go to the next.
    4. Whenever stock is refilled - return the F column state to normal.
    5. In the e-mail message - have the following info: the code in column A and the stock value in D.
    6. Send only ONE e-mail, containing ALL the positions below the limit, rather than one e-mail for each item below it.

    That's about it...
