Moving Rows to another Sheet chosen from a drop down list

HI,

I am wanting to be able to cut a row of cells by clicking a "recycle" button, which will bring up a drop down list of all the sheets this row can be pasted into. The rows should start a new line and not paste on top of any existing data in the sheet. I was hoping for this to be able to be done on any row on any sheet.
