Print Certain Sheets and Ranges

Hi guys,

I need to print certain sheets in a workbook Sheets "10" everything in between to sheet "360". From these sheets I need to print 2 ranges 1) Columns Q-AC, and 2) Columns AD-AR. I also need column B to appear on every sheet before the sheet.

Appreciate all the help. No idea how to go about it.

by before the sheet I mean the beginning before all the other ranges.
