Hi,

I am new to this, I just need a small help on this.

Attached is the excel, from that looking for a code to extract the word "shall" location and total number of shall's count from Reqs Tab into a new sheet in same work book.

For Ref expected output updated in tab "shall'scount" of WES1234.xls have a look.

No..I m looking for a vbcode to do this.where i can run a macro directly to get the total number of word "shall" used in Reqs tab including the location [ex:3.2.3.1.2.A1,3.2.3.1.2.A2,3.2.3.1.2.B1,3.2.3.1.2.B2...]
