This one is hard to put into words, but I'll do my best. I have attached a sample doc.
I am needing a solution for this situation:
If three people are already taking PTO (names listed in green columns E, G, I), then approval is required for anyone else wanting to take PTO for that day. If approval is granted, then you'd list your name in the orange columns L, N, P, R, T, or V. However if someone deletes their name from the green (decides not to go on vacation, let's say), and there is already a name or names listed in the orange columns, I want the now empty green cell to list "Approval Required".
Specific to the sample doc: row 4 HAD three names in green for PTO, so "tom" obtained approval and listed his name in the orange (cell L4). Then the third person decides not to take PTO and deletes their name from cell I4. Since there is/are name/s listed in the orange, I would like cell I4 to say "Approval Required".
