Pop up Message when something is due

Yes,
I'm an aircraft mechanic and we use Excel to track our 13 aircraft. I have conditional format set up for each workbook and the column header will turn read when something is due. I'm wondering if it is possible to have a pop up box that will alert me when I open it rather that have to search each sheet. If so can I have multiple pop up warnings or will I have to have separate work sheets. Any help would be great, I can send a copy to someone if they would like to take a look. I'm using Excel 2007.
