I have attached a excel file paysheet for 2 months (Aug & sep2012) for comparing each and every colum throw the difference.
This has been done through vlookups. I have done considering a small sample data. If the number of records are more than 1000+ I find difficult to incorporate manually vlookup for each and every colum
I need this macro for analysing the difference if any for reconcilition purpose.
I request a macro for automating this
First sheet Latest paysheet will be copied
Second sheet previous month will be copied
Macro should work for any number of colum and rows(Colum head will be the same every month)
Incase new colum is added for the latest month, the same colume will be inserted in the previosmomth manually
Macro will create consolidated where in differnces will be highlihhted
if it is text difference will be analysed through =trim() =trim()
if it is number difference will be calcuated by numbers
if it is date the difference will be analysed through =trim()=trim()
macro will create
4th sheet and will list new joinees for the month
macro will create
5thth sheet list for resigneees for the month
can any one one help on this.
