Formula Help Please for Dates / Approved

Hi,

I'm trying to create a formula so that there is a date sent in column A and if 'Yes' hasn't appeared in column B after 7 days the date in column A goes red, if 'yes' has been put in column B then column A will stay black regardless of the time lapsed?
