Highlight Cell with criteria

Hello:

Please refer to attached sheet.

The data is for week ending in row 5.

I need to highlight cell in column B based on following:

If there is no data for last (Value in Cell B3) weeks, then highlight the cell in column B.

I have manually highted B9,B12,B17,B22,B23,B24 since for these client, no data for last 3 weeks.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Am I right to assume that the last column is "X"?
The ones you highlighted have zero value in the last three columns assuming the last column is "X"?

highlight B7:B24. go into CF and under new rules, copy this

=SUM(INDIRECT(CELL("address",OFFSET(C7,0,COUNT($C$5:$X$5)-1))&":"&CELL("address",OFFSET(C7,0,COUNT($C$5:$X$5)-$B$3))))=0

set colors as needed
