Convert contains of cells into hyperlinks

I have an Excel file that contains a row of lots of cells each of one contain a reference to another cell. How can I convert automatically the contain of each one of these cells into a real hyperlink of the reference cells?
ex. a cell with this reference: =DomInt!TXJ35, should be converted into a real hyperlink between the two cells

In other words, I have a row of plain cell links and I need to convert them to clickable links. Is that possible through macros?

we could avoid all those questions if you uploaded sample file from the start

Cells are listed in the "rawdata" sheet

the code was working with active sheet, I suppose you are trying to run the code while sheet DomInt is active. If the code has always to run on rawdata sheet from any active sheet then the code would need little change (underlined)

to tun the code: ALT+F8, choose "test", Run

In the test file, it works perfect! but in the original one, it stucks (a file of 38mb).

It worked!! "rawdata" sheet is a matrix table of 348X503 link data. I only wanted the first row to be clickable. I removed temporarily the other data and I executed macro only for the top one raw. And it just worked.
