Question Simulating Right Fill In A Macro

    Hi

I am creating an excel file that needs formulas to be copied to the cell to the right of the original location, or the next two cells to the right etc.

The problem I am having is getting a macro to record the step of filling to the right. The macro selects the cells to be copied but doesnt actually copy anything across.

I have attached a sample of the file im working on so you can see what I mean. Its a forecasting document that needs to be updated with actual sales at the end of the month - these actual sales will be looked up from another sheet / file (shown on a seperate sheet in the attached). This template is fairly simple as it contains 3 products but the real version will have over 100.

What I need the macro to do is to select "Normal" from the filter in Cell D3. Then copy across (rightfill) the fomulas in Col E into col F (or col F and G) (or Col F and G and H) etc etc - simulating the fuction if you were to drag the cell selection across a column . I only want the formulas to be copied across in the rows where "Normal" is present - leaving "Promo" Rows as they were before the macro was run.

    Can anyone help?

Apologies if the above description isnt clear - if you need further explanation please ask and ill provide more detail.

    Thank you!

    Steve
