ToolPak Excel 2008

For a graduate course, I need to use Excel to perform data analysis. I have Excel 2008. Under the Tools menu, there is no data analysis options. Moreover, ToolPak is not an option to be added in the Add-Ins. How do I perform data analysis in Excel 2008?

I had tried this before without any luck. In Excel 2008 there is no browse option for Add-Ins.
