Macro to Open Files from Cell Range, Save in Target WB with Corresponding Sheetname

Hi Gurus,

I am a newbie to VBA and excel macro, so please help me out as I am trying out to get the following done.

I have a source file that has a macro that will extracted the path and filename of a series of text based files into a column, say starting from B2 to the valid end cell.
Now I need another macro to open each of those text based file that can be delimited, have the required data sorted and summarized into one target WB with the sheetname correspond to the original file name of those text based file (mainly numerical number of 5 places plus the extension).
The path of the target WB will be the value in one cell in my source file, say $A$2.

This is too much for a newbie like me and hope that it is not too much for me to ask for your help.

Hi patel,

I attached the zip file containing my file and sample text based files that I'll need to extract their test data and later import to columns of the corresponding rows.
I need to import them to respective sheets with corresponding sheetname in a workbook that will be saved in a folder in the target path stated in A2.

Please see if you help me.
