alterations on multiple pages by simply modifying the master list once

Want to be able to control all the same list modifications on multiple pages by simply modifying the master list on separate worksheet in the file. I currently have these lists set to respond to any changes typed into cells within this master list, that was easy enough, but am having difficulty finding a formula or macro to have row additions and removals all controlled from the master.

File attached Manpower tracking (v3. sample).xlsx:
I want to be able to add/delete rows/make changes to the Job#/Cost Codes (col. H&I) on the "Crew&Codes" sheet and have these changes/row additions auto-change on that same job list on the "Shift total" page and the daily pages (3 exist in this file, will be 14).

Hopefully this makes sense. If not, here is a more detailed needs explanation: macro- detailed needs explanation.docx

maybe this is not a simple matter. Should I instead, perhaps, cut/paste the daily totals lists to the bottom of the page to allow easier manual adding of the rows to each of 14 pages?

Any thoughts/suggestions anyone may have shall be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers
