How to convert a normal WebQuery with parameters into VBA code?

I have a traditional WebQuery in a workbook. I want to convert that WebQuery into VBA form. I have seen this done but I don't know exactly how to do it. My end goal is to make the WebQuery faster. My current WebQuery is relatively slow and I've seen WebQueries in VBA form that are much quicker.

I have attached my workbook for your consideration.

    Thanks!
