find and replace

Hello,

Need a guru help

I'm trying to find and replace based on two columns:
so, I have the bellow table

Column A	Column A
Some data here	here
Some data here2	here2
Some data here3	here3

after running the macro I want to have the below result

Column A	Column A
Some data #replaced#	here
Some data #replaced#	here2
Some data #replaced#	here3

I don't need to search in all rows for the "here". e.g. if I have in B2 "here" I want to detect it only in A2... not in A3,A4 etc...

I currently have this code to find and replace... but this will search in all column A
