Once in a while, my userform textbox wont let me click in the whitespace to enter text for the first 3/4 of the box (shown below in the hastily drawn red brackets, with the circle being the clickable area). I then reload the userform and it works fine. Does anyone know why this occurs?

Do you have the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications Extensibility 5.3 activated in your VBA Project?

no i do not have areferences to that library enabled..
Then enable Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications Extensibility 5.3, and see if the problem persists.
