Data saved to separate sheet overwrites existing data

When data is saved from the Input sheet to the record sheet the saved data overwrites the existing data.

I believe I am in need of a marco that direct new data to be save to the next available row on the record sheet.

I have attached the example workbook.

xladept, thanks for the example, I have not put it to the test since the example from Mike did what I needed.
