Inserting multiple pictures cell by cell and pictures are resized to fit the cell

Hello everyone, I'm very new to VBA and I need your help. I'm trying to insert multiple pictures into a sheet and i want each image to occupy an individual cell in a column. If possible, i would like the first image to insert in the cell I have selected and every subsequent image to insert into subsequent cells in the column.

Secondly, I want the pictures resized to fit inside the cell. I've done some search and most of the macros are the ones that resizes the cell to fit the image, but I want it the other way around. Please help me. Thanks.
