How to Reorganise Data in specific format from verious columns to Row

Dear Friends


I have these two spreadsheet where there are thousands of sets of data . Kindly refer to the spreadsheet for better understanding

All I want to do is transpose each set of data from the columns to their respective rows.

Both excel sheet are almost same, in there is only difference between file LICENSE & APPROVAL that license file has 1 extra column "J" in comparision to file approval.

I would like to make it clear that with formula used by this forum user "mike7952" for the same kind of data posted by my earlier was 100% perfect.

Hence, once again I need help from my friend "mike7952"

Again the spacing is not correct for the whole sheet. Fix the spacing and these codes will work.

Spacing between data is not a problem, I will rectify that.

Your coding is perfectly fine for both LICENSE as well APPROVAL file and giving accurate required output, but I am getting run time error '1004"

Please find attached herewith snap shot of run time error image that I am getting while running the macro.

Please look in to the matter.
