Copy Duplicates from different Worksheet to another Worksheet

Please Help!! I need to know what form are used and who used it.
I have the production tab where the total production per year from all agents are based.

I have thousands of entries and attached is an example of my data.
I used manual formulas but everytime i edit a thing excel lags. is there any way i can make it simplier?

i am planning to copy duplicates from a Production tab and every form tab to another tab.

Help me Please. Thanks

You will need to explain a lil more since its not very clear.

The production tab is there, which are the form tabs?

What do you exactly need to be done in your file?

Sorry, i want to know if the data in the production sheet exist in another worksheet like for example a form tab of G0016. and copy the whole row of duplicate from "Production" and "G0016" to another tab.

Or copy the rows from "PRODUCTION" and it's match from another tab to Another Worksheet.

So which are the columns that need to be checked in both the sheets?

The First Column, "NAME" is the one that needs to be checked.

But the names do not match between the sheets. For e.g. Production tab has name as De Paz, Arturo while PFLOT sheet has it as De Paz, Arturo Jr.

How do we proceed with matching? Is there any other unique field?
