Counting Frequency of cells

Hey guys,

I am making a dashboard report for a company as part of my school co-op, and i need help with something. On a spreadsheet in excell, i have imported client information from the companies database. it is a giant list of client activities (emails, phone calls, workshops, etc.) beside each activity, the clients name is written. they have interacted with some clients more than others, and they want to see how many clients they have interacted with more than 3 times. So long story short, i need a piece of code that takes a list of client names (located in sheet4, collumn F:F) and see how many times a name appears more than 3 times. Then print that number in sheet6, A1.

I think you're already done with manual counting in a week

but in the future (this isn't the fastest way probably) this can be helpful, but you have to sort the names A-Z and no blank cells in F column until the end:
