Choice menu to select a range of data

Hi there,

I will explain my problem with a simplification of my problem:

I want to make a (drop-down) choice list from which you can choose 3 options; A, B, C
When choosing an option (e.g. A), then a set of data must be applied in my formulas. When choosing an other option (e.g. B), another set of data must be applied in my formulas.

Who can help me with this?

If your doing it in two columns, you can use a validation list of A B C, some where else on the worksheet
and then in the column to the side of it you can use an if statement, you can then change the data locations and calculations as you like

=IF(A2="A",B1*2,IF(A2="b",C1*3,IF(A2="C",D1*3,"")))
