Click an image to display a message box

Hi, I'm new to the excel forum and I have little experience with macros. I would like to include an image in my workbook where if the user clicks on the image, a message box will appear. I would like for the message box to disappear when the user clicks anywhere else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With a Userform vbModeless.
Save attachment on your pc, and reopen it.
To attach the macro to the smiley: right-click and assign macro "hsv".
