Find and replacing multiple values VBA

Hi - just joined to see if any experts can help with this

Attached is a sample file, I want to be able to change the values in column D with the value that sits alongside it in the table (table1) range A2:B400

So for example D2 to D40 would all change from value 3239 to 409 (from row 6 in the table), D41 to D568 would change from 3251 to 421 (from row 18)

If my columns (table) are in the wrong order then let me know. First time of asking anything like this so apologies if I have missed anything or I'm not making sense.

I just don't fancy doing thousands of manual find and replacing !

I know how to put in VBA code and run a macro so would be great if anyone can help with this. I have searched the forum and tried a couple of things but to no avail
