Split Strings Into Columns Based On Repeating Characters - Macro

I'd like to split information between the characters "=" and "&" into columns. "=" always appears first, "&" appears last. In each string there are multiple instances of "=" "&" that need to be in separate columns. The last instance of the string only contains "=" with no ending "&" and should be included in it's own column. Any help would be appreciated!

    is that 2 different lines?
    i'd just find replace & with =
then split with text to columns delimited ,with = as delimiter
