is there a way to change all format parameters when inserting ole objects?

specifically I would like to turn off "lock aspect ratio" and "relative to original picture size" when the macro creates a Word.Document.12 Ole object. I believe those settings are preventing me from changing the height in the following code:

And if it's possible to change those parameters, perhaps I can also set fill color=no fill?
