Merge if cells in another tab are filled?

I am not sure what kind of function I need in order to do this...
I have 2 tabs with the same amount of columns in each. I want the columns in the first tab to merge if all the columns in the second tab are filled and then I want the info in the last tab to be put into these newly merged tabs.................
Is this possible?! I can provide an example sheet if needed.
Thank you

i am not sure what you'r objective is, but i would caution against using merged cells/rows/columns for anything. merging creates all sorts of problems later on when you want to make up formulas using those merged cells
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Ok, do you have any alternative suggestions? I basically want to use the second tab as a detailed sheet and the first tab just shows progress...am I explaining this ok?!

can you upload a sample work book, (all sensitive data removed), showing what data you are working with, what your expected outcome is, and how you arrived at that
