Exporting picture. Runtime-Error 70 permission denied. Work-around?

I want the following code to take a range and save it as .jpg. But it wont, because my Excel does not have administration rights. Is there any way to save a file without administration rights? I also tried saving the picture to user/max/pictures, but it didnt help.
