Looping issue

Hi everyone..
I tried to do a training schedule
If I choose the date and time in sheet 2, it will select the name in sheet 1 and paste it in the sheet 2

1. If I choose date and time on 8.00 am-10.00 am, it will select all staff name that on duty on OH and OH2 and paste it in column OH on sheet 2
2. If I choose date and time on 10.00 am-2.00 pm, it will select all staff name that on duty on OH, OH2 and OH5 and paste it in column OH and OH5 on sheet 2
3. If I choose date and time on 2.00 pm-5.15 pm, it will select all staff name that on duty on OH, OH2, OH5 and aft and paste it in column OH, OH5 and aft on sheet 2

In the addition, if the staff is a chinese, then the name should be paste also in the column chinese.
If the staff is a malay, then the name should be paste in the column malay in sheet 2.
The staff who are chinese will be marked 'z' on the sheet 1.

I already can select name for the marry if I choose the date on 8/10/2012.
But if I select the other date, it will not work.
I think it had a problem on the loop.
The time also not work yet.
The name only paste after I put the name in the coding.
Not reading by the condition.

Can anyone help me?
