Copy Paste Data across Workbooks with multiple sheets & Referencing.

Attached find a excel workbook which contains 2 sheets viz., Sheet1 & Sheet 2

sheet 1 contains some data* ( given to me) and below there is a countif function that is calculating

sheet 2 contains some formatted text and and cell referencing to sheet 1

I need to create a macro so that i can apply the countif function in sheet 1 and and the entire sheet 2 on on 75 other workbooks present in a folder which contain different data*

Care has to be taken that when you run a macro the referencing present in sheet 2 should belong to that specific workbook and not the original workbook

Is that possible? Can someone please help.

I have also attached a macro which I tried but this works only for one sheet and also the formatting is lost. Although it does apply the formulae to all the workbooks present in the folder at one shot.

Your post says that you want to apply the countif function to each sheet in each workbook in the folder. But your code also copies a particular range. Do you want data to be copied from one file to the other?

Hello

In sheet 1 I just want the data to be copied from whre the countif function begins. The data above countif will be varying in each sheet1 of the workbook.

Sheet 2 entirely has to be copied and so so should be the case with sheet 3 whichI dont have currently in this sample.

Will there always be 5 rows of data in Sheet2 of this file?

The reason i am asking - if you copy this sheet over to another file, it will create a link back to this file. In that case, its better if you enter in the formulae using code into the new files instead of copying this sheet.
