Macro that matches columns and pastes to two new columns for eleven different users

Hello,

In short, I need a macro that will find any value in column C (first user), match it with any value in column A (the master list), and then paste one instance of that value in column D along with the point numbers from column B. Rinse and repeat for all 11 users. In the attached, I went ahead and did a partial of what I'm trying to accomplish for Alex and Anna. The highlighting is strictly for visual purposes and will not be necessary for the final product. However, the double border line at the end of each list would be helpful (but also not completely necessary).

I have tried a couple of different macros that others have posted on here. Being a VBA novice, though, I have had incomplete results.
