Outlook : Auto Save Email body to Word / Text

Been trying to Google/Yahoo for some time of a macro in Outlook that is able to save email body to a word / text file, could not find a solution for this.

Will use rules to trigger this script

1. Once triggered, script will only save email body to a word / text file in a fixed folder
2. Naming of the file name will be based on sender email address
3. Auto numbering for file name if file name already existing in the fixed folder

Any expert is able to advise example script for this?

** Seeking help here because i am only able to understand and modify simple VB scripting but could not write a full script from scratch.

Please note that this is an Excel forum and your question is not related to Excel. However, there are several members who may be familiar with VBA for Outlook. Your post does not seem to violate forum rules but it may not be the best place to get an answer.

I am somewhat familiar with Outlook macros but I can tell you that it is more difficult to write VBA for Outlook than Excel, Word, or Project because Outlook has no macro recorder. Therefore I do not know how to write a macro that is triggered by a rule firing, or if it is possible to do so. I do know that once you have an email object it should be fairly straightforward to save the body to a Word file although I do not have ready-made code that will do that. There are a few good resources for Outlook VBA but they are books that you have to pay for.

any recommendation for such books for Outlookb VBA?

I am not a programmer. In my industry and work office, VBA for outlook seems to be able to automate a lot of processes as we have a lot of email coming in everyday.
