Open column of url's as csv files and append as new sheet

Hi. I have a column(E) of urls that download data as a csv file. I need a macro to open the file, copy the data from the csv file and then append to a new worksheet in the current workbook. The worksheet needs to be named from the cell in Column (B). Finally, the data in the worksheet needs to be sorted from oldest to newest.
