Filldown values in a column to just above next entry in that column

Hi,

I have say two columns of data. One column "Data1" has no blank cells.....while the "LotID" column does have blank cell values.

What i want to do is filldown values in the LOTID column to just above the next entry........see excel file for visual of what i am talking about.

Any ideas on how to do this via vba excel macro?
