Macro Sum Time with error, returnme 13 hours always

SUM a time, but always returnme 13hours, whats the problem with this function??

Format D4 as [h]:mm.

the cell is formatted, but doesn't perform the operation correctly ..

When I run the code the cell does display 13:00 but when I then format the cell as [h].mm it displays 37.00 which is the correct value.

In your image the format is h.mm not [h].mm, the brackets around h are important.
