Text file specific data to excel

Hello experts !

I have a text file in which i want to pick data in specific format.

I need to pick a date which is like that (DATE 01 08 2004), string like ( every QMAX line and below line of QMAX having data)

Dear experts !

I am shorted the things please find attached new text file .Please help me out to get the data in columns in excel. I manage date in the columns via below code data and names like Z-10,Z-7 etc are left.
